Here we list them and explain how to fix them.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-33598d8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"33598d8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">I Don't See Any License Tab<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00d9885 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00d9885\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In order to activate your key, you need to go to the Molongui plugin settings page and open the <strong>License<\/strong> tab. There you will have the form to activate your license key.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have that License tab on the settings page, it means <strong>you don&#8217;t have the Pro extension installed<\/strong>. Just <a href=\"https:\/\/www.molongui.com\/help\/where-do-i-find-the-plugin-installer\/\">download the installer<\/a>, install it and activate the plugin. Both values are sent to you upon license purchase. It is sent to you upon license purchase and can not be customized. You can check your license PIN in your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.molongui.com\/my-account\/api-keys\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">My Account<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>When activating your license, be sure to enter only numbers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f9d905 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7f9d905\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Invalid Request<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0b53a4d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0b53a4d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If trying to activate your license you get an &#8220;Invalid Request&#8221; error, please make sure to update the Pro plugin to the latest version. If you are running version 1.2.0, you will need to manually update the plugin.<\/p>\n<p>If you are already running the latest version (not 1.2.0), follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Plugins<\/strong> page<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deactivate<\/strong> the Molongui <strong>Pro<\/strong> extension<\/li>\n<li>Clear any cache your installation might have<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reactivate<\/strong> the Molongui <strong>Pro<\/strong> extension<\/li>\n<li>Try to activate your license key again<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75b048f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"75b048f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Exceeded Activations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14e0059 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"14e0059\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If trying to activate your license key you get an &#8220;<strong>Exceeded Number of Activations<\/strong>&#8221; error, it means your key is already active. You can check that on your <a href=\"\/my-account\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"My Account (opens in a new tab)\">My Account<\/a>, under the <strong>Keys<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n<p>If you have your key active for your site but the plugin keeps asking you to activate your license and when you do you get the &#8220;Exceeded Activations&#8221; error, you probably have something preventing license activation to complete. That &#8220;something&#8221; might be a firewall or a caching plugin. To fix this, please do as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your <a href=\"\/my-account\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"My Account (opens in a new tab)\">My Account<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Keys<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong> the activation associated to the site you are trying to get your key active on<\/li>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Plugins<\/strong> page, where you have all your plugins listed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deactivate<\/strong> the Molongui <strong>Pro<\/strong> extension<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deactivate any firewall* or caching plugin<\/strong> you might have active<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reactivate<\/strong> the Molongui <strong>Pro<\/strong> extension<\/li>\n<li>Go back to the plugin settings page<\/li>\n<li>Open the <strong>License<\/strong> tab. If you already had this page open on a different browser tab, please make sure to refresh it<\/li>\n<li><strong>Type in<\/strong> your license number and e-mail address (the one you provided upon purchase)<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Activate<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<li>You should get the &#8220;<strong>Activation Successful<\/strong>&#8221; message.<\/li>\n<li>Go back to the <strong>Plugins<\/strong> page and <strong>reactivate<\/strong> all those other plugins you deactivated while getting your key active.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>* It might be a firewall plugin like Wordfence or Sucuri.
