Step 1 of 3 - Initial troubleshooting steps
Some hints before lodging a support ticket:
Check if the problem persists if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme —like Twenty Twenty-Two.
Temporarily deactivate all plugins but Molongui's to see if it's caused by some other plugin.
If the problem goes away, activate the original theme and plugins again one by one until the problem returns. Latest activated item is conflicting with Molongui. [Learn more]
