We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
A few conditions:
- Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the first purchase date. After 14 days no refunds can be processed.
- Refund periods are based on the first purchase date. If you have purchased and requested a refund in the past, the 14 days are from the first purchase, not the repurchase date.
- Refunds apply for new subscriptions only. Refunds do not apply for upgrades, renewals or lifetime licenses.
- Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the product properly or get the product to perform its basic functions.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
- Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
- By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease using the product immediately.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund request if deemed necessary.
- We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to.
No refunds are provided if you:
- have changed your mind about a product
- decide not to use the purchased product
- bought the product by mistake
- do not have sufficient expertise to use the product
- ask for goodwill or
- can no longer download the product because it has been removed
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing a product from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
- No refunds are provided for license subscription upgrades or renewals. You can cancel your subscription anytime in your My Molongui console with effect at the end of the then-current term.
- No second refunds are provided if you have already received a refund for the same product once before.
- No refunds are provided for more than 3 different products. A maximum of 3 products in your purchase history on Molongui can be refunded.
- No refunds are provided just because product didn’t meet your assumptions of how it works. A complete documentation, free version and a fully-featured sandbox site allow to try before buying, to prevent such cases.
- You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase.
- Please note that we refund orders in EUR currency. If your payment method uses another currency the refund amount might not match exactly. This is caused by fluctuations in exchange rates and the rate enforced by your payment method provider.
- We cannot cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
- Transaction fees we get charged by our payment service provider to process your payment won’t be returned, so they will be deducted from the amount you paid.
- While some refunds may be instant, refund credit can take up to 5 – 10 business days to show up in your account.
- You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted.
