We don’t offer a trial version, but we do offer a sandbox where you can check the plugin out. Just visit this link and set up a demo site. Only you will have access to it, so feel free to do whatever you wish. If you need to install a third-party theme or plugin to test compatibility, let us know and we will install it for you.
You can use PayPal, Stripe or any credit card to pay for a Pro license.
NO. Neither plugin data nor configuration will be lost.
Pro plugins are an extension of the base free ones. After you upgrade to Pro, you continue just where you left off, without any interruptions. In fact, you’ll be able to leverage that content using the Pro features.
Existing plugin configuration and data will remain intact. Pro features will continue to function if versions of both plugins remain the same and current license key activation remains active. But you won’t get new updates and access to future premium features that require renewal.
Your license is automatically renewed annually. If you want to cancel your auto-renewal, you can do it yourself from your My Account.
Yes, if you would like to add more sites to your account you can upgrade and you’ll just pay the difference in cost. This doesn’t apply to lifetime licenses.
Of course! Just deactivate the plugin from the previous domain and activate it on the new one. You can manage it from your My Account via Keys > Deactivate License
Since our launch, we have been known for our frequent feature release, and plan to keep working hard to deliver new and promising features.
All transactions are fully secure. All transactions are processed via Stripe and PayPal, both of which have their own robust security. We do not store any card details.
Any kind of payment information such as credit card or debit card data is not stored in any form by us or on any internal or external databases that are accessible to us.
Yes, we do have a refund policy! We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%. But we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone. You can check out our refund policy here.
An annual plan allows you to use our products within a year. After that year, the plugin will remain fully functional but you won’t be able to access updates and support for them. If you wish to continue getting updates and support, you must renew the license for the following year.
A lifetime license lets you use the product with updates and support for a lifetime with a single, one-time payment.
We take pride in providing professional, one to one support to our customers through the ticketing system.
We provide one to one support for any issue related to our product functionality or bugs, but custom work is not included in any of our plans.
